The material is smooth and comfortable. The outfit is meant to hug the body. That's only a downside if you're too big for the outfit. You don't have to being incredibly short and petite, but if you're on the taller side, consider finding something else. If you're small enough, the outfit should be perfect. The only problem is the hat/headband. It doesn't stay up. It's basically just a cloth attached to a headband, nothing holding it up. Literally the only problems I had with the outfit was me being to tall for it and the headband thing. The quality is pretty good, but the little red hospital icons are sewn on kind of quickly. Still really good for the price though. I'm only 5'3" and the costume fits just right, so if you were any taller, it might be a bit off. 5 stars though, because when my boyfriend saw me in the outfit, he was instantly pleased. The cute hat is a plus too.
